Yori Cahui
Vigna unguiculata. Collected from Mayos in the village of Ahome, near Los Mochis in Sinaloa. Our demonstration garden growout produced lots of “yard long” beans that thrive in Arizona’s record breaking heat. Great low desert green bean. The seeds are more oblong that many cowpeas, and the pods are the longest of any in our collection. From our Seed Bank Collection.
