Tawaktsi
“Hopi Sweet Corn.” Small white ears from Hopiland. Traditionally this variety is harvested in the milk stage, it is dry-roasted in a pit oven and then rehydrated when ready to use. Very short plants. Rapidly maturing and very prolific.
