Zea mays. Rarámuri Gordo (Tarahumara Gordo). Fat kernels, predominantly white with a few yellow, purple or blue/white speckled kernels. An all purpose corn, primarily ground into flour but kernels also used for pozole. From our Seed Bank Collection.
