Rarámuri Mostaza/Mocoasali
Brassica campestris. (Tarahumara Mostaza/Mocoasali). Old World introduction; this mustard is often found growing wild in fields in Rarámuri country. The leaves are only slightly spicy and are harvested when young to be used in a salad or cooked. The flowers also have a wonderful light spiciness, great to add to a salad or just munch in the garden.

- Plant in the fall in the low desert, or in early spring in cooler climates.
