Description
Hummingbird – Canvas Print
Hummingbird
Hummingbird gathers nectar among blossoms. Among the flowering plants they care for are tobacco plant blossoms which are used in rituals to summon rain clouds to benefit all life. With the colors of the rainbow and its relationship between flowers and rain, Tootsa carries blessed prayer feathers upon him. Below the clouds are desert mesas with petroglyphs of a rain cloud and migrations spiral, representing the travels Tootsa takes across the Southwest. Runners are also inspired to be like the Hummingbird for it is known for its swiftness and endurance.
