Cucumis melo. Botanically actually a melon, this unusual, 12-18″ long “cuke” has pale green, ribbed skin, few seeds, and a mildly sweet flavor and good crunch. Thrives in hotter weather than most other cucumbers. Not from our seed bank collection, but your purchase supports our conservation mission.

- Can cross pollinate with melons (Cucumis melo) but not with cucumbers
