Zea mays. Rarámuri Rosacame (Tarahumara Rosacame). A basic Cristalino de Chihuahua race from Chihuahua, Mexico. Rosacame means white in Raramuri. Kernels are white, translucent and mostly rounded (“bola” type) on long slender ears. Occasional red or blue kernels. A staple in the Sierra Madre. From our Seed Bank Collection.
